Wild flwr Sage - The burning of sage is most often associated with Native Americans, who performed ceremonial smudging to rid spaces and people of negative energy, dispel illness, and set the stage for new beginnings and good fortune. Our sage is wrapped with wild flowers to bring a calming floral aspect.
Palo Santo - Use Palo Santo to help keep energies grounded and clear, dismissing negative energies and inviting positive energy and intentions to take their place.
Clear Quartz - Is highly prized for its ability to clear the mind of negativity to enhance higher spiritual receptiveness. It is considered the master of all healing crystals due to its ability to magnify or amplify healing vibrations of other crystals.
Selenite - is a stone of peace and inner harmony. It resonates with compassionate vibrations to encourage healing and reconciliation. The stone compels one to be the best version of themselves. It means that one understands the importance of relationships and goodness to others.
Abalone shell - Abalone shells are often used in smudging rituals, not only because they are practical in that they catch the hot cinders that fall away from the smudging stick after it has burnt, but also because they are a beautiful gift straight from Mother Earth's ocean.
Smudging Feather - It is traditional to use a bird's feather to brush the smoke over the person or object being blessed. It is important to use the underside of the feather to wash the smoke over the object of blessing.
Sand - You may wish to use a layer of sand inside the abalone shell to protect the natural shine that it has, from any smoke or embers.
